Refunds / Returns and Liquids:
All items are carefully examined prior to packing and shipped.
Items can be returned within 30 days of the item shipped to you.
Used items will forfeit your right to return and refund.
Returned items will be inspected before a refund is approved.
The buyer covers return postage for exchanges or changes of mind.
Exchanges depend on stock availability, otherwise refund is issued.
Items must be returned unused, with tags and original packaging.
Liquid or compact products can't be returned once seal is broken.
Once opened, items can't be returned due to hygiene and safety.
Policy complies with Australian OH&S laws, including COVID regulations.
COVID regulations prohibit returns of opened or used items.
Products like shampoo are sealed to prevent leaks.
